Our partner doctors review your responses and issue a doctor's letter free of charge. This will be sent to your health insurance, and you'll receive the access code for the program from them.
Option 2
Book a Virtual Consultation
Book a virtual appointment with our partner doctors, who will issue a prescription for Mindable free of charge. This will be sent to your health insurance, and you'll receive the access code for the program from them.
Option 3
See a Physician
Your physician will issue a prescription for Mindable, which you can submit to your health insurance. They will then send you the program access code. Take this info sheet with you to the appointment.
