Relaxation Techniques
Relaxation techniques are methods aimed at reducing physical and mental tension and promoting a state of calm. These methods are particularly helpful in coping with stress, anxiety, and sleep disorders, as well as in improving overall well-being. They are often used in psychotherapy and for self-management of stress. Different techniques include, for example, Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Autogenic Training, Mindfulness, and Yin Yoga.
