Mindable is an app for the psychotherapeutic treatment of panic disorders and agoraphobia. In the app you can expect a CBT treatment plan. The treatment plan is composed of various modules that help you to reduce your fears in the long term.

Cognitive-behavioural therapy deals with behaviours that make life difficult or aggravate problems. It is based on the assumption that learned behaviours can also be unlearned. For example, people with panic disorder and agoraphobia are prone to avoid situations that cause body symptoms. In therapy, such behavioural patterns are identified and changed.

No. Mindable is not a substitute for professional psychological help. In addition to the use of Mindable, we advise you to consult a doctor or psychotherapist.

Go to your therapist or doctor and ask him / her for an access code. The respective doctor or therapist must have a therapist account with us. There he / she can create access codes and forward them accordingly.

For a limited time you can also use the app without an access code.
